身体に良い運動してますか? "Good for a body, are you exercising? "

COVID-19のまん延のせいで、外に出ない日が増えて、昨年から今年にかけて7Kｇくらい体重が増えました 

The day when I don't go outside increased by a cause of spread of COVID-19, and the weight increased from last year to this year about 7 Kg.

昨年から、娘も僕の運動不足に気をかけてくれていて、ゲーム感覚でトレーニングできるニンテンドー・スィッチとリングフィットをプレゼントするねと言ってくれて、昨年は品薄で入手できなかったということで、今年夏に帰れないのでプレゼントだけ贈るといって、アマゾン経由で送ってきました。

My daughter hung intention on my lack of exercise from last year, too, and you said that the Nintendo switch and the ring fit which can be trained by a game sense were presented, and it was said that it was short and wasn't available last year, and you couldn't return in summer of this year, so only a present was presented but it was being sent via Amazon.

さっそくリング・フィットのトレーニングを開始し毎日やったところ、９月末には3Kｇの減量に成功しました

When training of ring fit was begun and it was done every day right away, I succeeded in cutting of the 3Kg at the end of September.

いろんな運動結果も表示され、写真は９月末に撮ったものです。

Various movement results were also indicated, and a picture was taken at the end of September.

目標体重まで諦めずに頑張ります。

Without even giving up the target weight, I exert myself.

自分自身の健康維持のためにも、毎日頑張ってトレーニングします。

I also train hard every day for my health maintenance.

趣味の絵を描いて楽しんでいます、最近は神々について

The these days when I'm drawing a picture of the hobby and am enjoying myself are about gods.

最初の絵は、神々の解説本の表紙を真似て背景は加工しています

A cover of the explanation book of the gods is imitated, and the first picture is processing a background.

最初は、美しき女神様。

The beginning is good-looking goddesses.

ボッチチェリの「ビーナスの誕生」を真似て描いたものです

Botticelli's "birth of a Venus" was imitated and drawn.

原作はもちろん美しく描かれているのですが、洋服の柄などは描かず、手抜きと思われるでしょうが、イラスト風に少し明るめに仕上げてみました

As well as an original work, it's drawn beautifully, the pattern of the clothes isn't drawn and it would seem corner cutting, but it has been built into an illustration wind rather a little brightly.

こんな絵は変だ!! というような批判は受け付けません、悪しからず・・・。

Such picture is strange! Such as, criticism isn't accepted, no hard feelings...

最近ベッドルームも仕事場になってる " My bedroom is also a works hop recently. "

今僕の書斎は手狭だけど、パソコン2台とプリンター２台、それに趣味のキーボードを置き本棚・各種道具棚も周りに配置し、この１年半はCOVID-19の関係でホームワークもやっている、忙しい。 

My study is narrow now, but 2 PCs, 2 printers and a keyboard of a hobby are put and a bookshelf and all kinds' utensil rack are also arranged in the neighborhood, and this 1 year and a half is a relation of COVID-19, and homework is being also done, I'm busy.

けっこう高速マシンを使っています/high-speed machine is used fairly.

パーソナルユースとお仕事半分という感じ

Feeling as half of personal use and work

二階家の奥がベッドルーム、本来和室だったので、冬場はコタツと布団をしいて就寝をする、春から秋までは電動・可動式のベッド(折りたためる)を置いている

The second floor of inside in a house was a bedroom and an original Japanese-style room, so a winter puts a bed of electric and the mobile system (It can be folded.) from the spring when I lay out a kotatsu and a futon and go to bed to autumn.

ここにも別にパソコンのディスクトップ１台にモバイル用のSurface Proを置きプリンターも１台配置している。ディスクトップPC(左側)もTVが見れるが、モニター兼用のTV(右側プリンターの下)もある

Surface Pro for mobility is also put here in 1 desktop of a PC separately and 1 printer is being also arranged. A desktop PC (the left side) can also see a television, but there is also a television of monitor both use (under right side printer).

夜中にPCが自動起動してネットミーティングということもあります・・・ベッドルームが時折、仕事場になっています。

The bedroom where a PC starts it automatically and says a net meeting at midnight... is now and then a workshop.

真ん中のもの解りますか、NINTENDO Switch です、この部屋でリングトレーニングとFit Boxing2でトレーニングし体力増強をやってます。　娘達も大学を卒業して社会人になっているので娘の部屋も空いているので、娘達が残していったものを整理してやればいいのですが、なかなか整理ができません( ﾉД`)ｼｸｼｸ…

As much as a middle one, is it understood, it's NINTENDO Switch, I'm training by ring training and Fit Boxing2 by this room and am doing physical strength reinforcement. My daughters graduate from a university and have become a working member of society, too, so daughter's room is also available, so I should reduce the one for which my daughters were leaving it, it can't be put in order easily (/ Д, '), I sob....

楽しいお絵描き " Fun to drawing "

最初の絵は展覧会で見かけたイメージガールを描いてみました

ヨットの船体には　Future-Compassと書いたのですが前にカップルがいるのでよく見えません

It was written on a hull of a yacht with Future - Compass, but there is a couple at the front, so it doesn't look good.

原画にいろいろ継ぎ足して描いてみるのも楽しいですね

絵をかくとこだけでなくて簡単な木彫りもやります

先月はウサギの木彫りに挑戦

I challenged wood carving of rabbit last month.

 

下手な出来栄えですが、２歳になる孫娘にプレゼントしたら大変気に入ってくれた様です。

It's the unskillful workmanship, but if it's presented to the granddaughter who becomes 2 years old, you seem to have liked it very much.

嬉しかった

数年前は、豚の親子をモチーフにした木彫りもやりました

猫も作りました

全て、庭木の枝を切った廃材を利用して彫ったものです。

Using the scrap wood which lopped off all branches of a garden tree, it was engraving.

下手だけど、性懲りもなくこれからも挑戦します。

爽やかな秋の風が吹き始め、世界が鮮やかに染まる季節です

今は、マスクで顔の半分を隠し、あの美しい唇が見れないのは本当に残念です

I'm Business trip about all over the world from young time.

仕事の合間には空を飛んだり、ゴルフをしたり、仕事中心でしたが休日には楽しいこともたくさん経験させてもらいました

I flew in the air between work and played golf, and it was the work center, but you also made them experience many fun things in a holiday.

もちろん、仕事はいつも真剣勝負でしたよ
