久しぶりに仏像を彫ってみました
A Buddhist image was carved after a long time.
彫刻刀と切り出しナイフでの挑戦です
Challenge by a carving knife and a short straight-bladed knife knife.
材料は庭のミカンの木を切った木材で彫りました
The material was used for the wood with which an orange tree in a garden was cut.
制作期間、約二週間

ニスを使って表面を塗装し、仕上げてみました

次からは、だいぶ前に彫った仏像の頭です

彫り続けていたら変な顔になってしまいました

失敗作なのかもしれませんが、神棚に鎮座願っています

're enshrined in a household altar.
最後のは何を彫ったのか、もう忘れてしまいました
A last one has already forgot what was carved.
