温かいので海に行ってみました
It was warm, so I went to a sea.

船には「監視船」と言う看板と旗が
The sign and the flag which say to a ship "guard boat".
望遠鏡でずっと沖の方を観ています（監視してるの）
The offing is being judged from a telescope (the one which is being watched).
