宮崎のお寿司屋さん 青島「ゆう心」Sushi Restaurant Aoshima "Yuu-shin"

あの全国でも有名店の「一心鮨 光洋」の板さんが

4月にお寿司屋さんを開業

My friend who was the cook of "Isshinzushi-kouyo" who is also a famous store at the whole country started a sushi restaurant on April 18.

お店の名前は、「一心鮨」の名前の一文字「心」をもらって「ゆう心」

The name of the store has a one of the name of "Isshinzushi" "shin", and, "Yuu-shin"

5月5日 こどもの日は観光客でにぎわった青島のすぐ近く

Immediately near AOSHIMA where Children's Day bustled with a tourist on May 5.

青島神社も人であふれていました

Picture is AOSHIMA, shrine in the island was also crowded with a tourist each other.


その青島から2kmくらい南に

青島漁港があり、その横に川があり其の川沿い

In the riverside about 2 km of Aoshima fishing port is in the south from its Aoshima, and a river is next to it, and which is the river, sushi restaurant

4月18日にオープンしたというお寿司屋さん「ゆう心」

The sushi restaurant which opened on April 18 "Yuu-shin"


次はランチメニュー

僕は「輝き膳」をいただく

The next is a lunch menu.

I ate "Kagayaki-zen/bright table??".
The 3rd dish of the menu left side.

 最初に小鉢で、サバの味噌煮

It's a small bowl first, mackerel cooked in soybean paste.

ソフトな甘さが引き立って美味しかった

The soft sweetness..., it was very good.

次は茶碗蒸し

The next is pot-steamed hotchpotch.

上に海藻のタレが乗ってて、料理人らしい想いがこもっていると感じた

The one with the black surface felt a source of seaweed and the thought that they seem to be a cook to be shutting oneself up.

具もいろいろ入ってて絶品でしたよ

Topping also contained and was a nonesuch variously.


次は鰤の焼物

The next is yellowtail teriyaki.


つぎに天ぷらが出たんだけど

食べるのに夢中で写真撮るのを忘れてしまった

Next tempura has been served, but it has been forgot to be absorbed to eat and take a picture.

エビ天、ぷりぷりで絶品、野菜もほくほくの揚がり具合

The tempura dish was also very good.

お寿司は、こんな感じ、近くの漁港で上がった新鮮な魚

Sushi, such, it's felt and thinks the fresh fish which rose at a fishing port around here was being utilized sufficiently.

美味しかったよ~(^^♪

あとで、レタス巻きを板さん(前の店からの友人)が出してくれて

After a chef (my friend from the previous store) takes out a lettuce book at the end.
お腹いっぱいだったけど

美味しくて平らげてしまった

It was fully for the previous dish, but this is also good, and I have eaten up.
