もうすぐゴールデン・ウィークに入ります。皆さんの会社は何日連休が取れますか?

It's a golden week soon, isn't it? How many days can everyone's firm have consecutive holidays?

とは言え、COVID-19が依然としてまん延中ですね。　でも今年は飛行機や長距離列車での移動が増えるでしょうね。

But, COVID-19 is still spreading, isn't it? But movement by an airplane and a long-distance train would increase this year, wouldn't it?

皆さんは何処かに出かけられますか?

Eeveryone go out somewhere?

新緑の季節は木陰で静かに読書にふけるのもいいですね

It's better to indulge in reading quietly at the shade of a tree a season of fresh green, isn't it?

自転車でピクニックに行くのもいいんじゃないですか?

Isn't it better to go to a picnic by bicycle?

キャンプに出かける人もいますね・・・・きっと

There is a person who goes out to camp, too...., surely.

この４月から夏日があったりして、５月はまた暑い日が増えるかもしれませんね 

There is a summer day from this April, and a hot day may increase again in May.

そんな時は、泳ぐのもいいですね。

At such time, it's better to swim.

今年は娘も帰ってくるので、一緒に出掛けてもいいですね(#^^#)

My daughter is returning this year, too, so I may go out together (#^^#).

It's panoramic photograph from Atagoyama, so the state of the town is difficult to know, isn't it?

日本では弁財天として知られています。

It's learned about as Benzaiten/Sarasvati in Japan.

長崎 " Nagasaki "

先日、広島を記事にしたので続いて長崎をアップします。 

I wrote an article of Hiroshima the other day, so next Nagasaki is up's.

ここもご存じの通り、77年前に原子爆弾が投下された場所。

The place where an atomic bomb was also dropped here 77 years ago as knowing.

爆心地に創られている平和公園

Heiwakoen in the blast center.

記念像の右手が上を指していますが、この真上が原爆が爆発した場所です

A right hand of a commemoration image indicates the top, but it's the place where an atom bomb has been explosive right above this.

次の写真は稲佐山の展望台から撮った爆心地方面(写真の真ん中あたり)

The blast center district where the next picture was taken from an observatory in Inasayama (in the middle of picture)

異国情緒豊かなこの街は古くから外国との交易があった街で、最後の写真はグラバー園付近です。

This town where exoticism is abundant is the town where trade with a foreign country was here from the old days, and the last picture is around Glover Garden.

僕は仕事の関係で長崎の佐世保(ハウステンボス近く)に住んでいたので、県庁や取引先の三菱重工を訪ねるために頻繁に長崎市には行きました

I lived in Sasebo in Nagasaki (near HUIS TEN BOSCH) by a relation of work, so I frequently went to Nagasaki-shi to visit at a prefectural office and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries of a client.

不安な情勢の今の世界・・・・・・本当に平穏な時代は訪れるのでしょうか?

広島 " Hiroshima "

ウクライナでの戦いはいつ解決するのでしょうか?

When is a war in Ukraine settled?

あの侵攻で、核も辞さないようなことを言っている狂った人もいるようですが

By that invasion, an atomic bomb attack, a considering remark, there seems to be a person who went wrong, too.

日本で原子爆弾の被害に遭った2つの都市がありますが、今日はその内の１つ先に原爆を投下された、広島市の現在です  

The place where an atomic bomb was dropped is a horn city of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan, damage of an atom bomb is the picture current as of Hiroshima-now.

街の中を流れる旧太田川が二手に分かれる部分が爆心地です

The part where old Ota-river which flows in the town is divided into two groups is a blast center.

戦いの場は今、東ヨーロッパですが

A place by the war is Eastern Europe now.

唯一の被害国日本は今、ロシア、北朝鮮、中国と核爆弾を保有している国に囲まれています。

Only damage country Japan is circled by Russia, North Korea, China and the country where a nuclear bomb is being possessed now.

77年前よりさらに危険度が高まっているようにも見える、今の世界情勢、あの悲劇が絶対に日本で起きないような手立てを、日本の力で考える時だと思うのですが。

I think the world situation now and that tragedy by which the dangerous degree seems to be rising from 77 years before more are when the means which never occur in Japan are considered by the power of Japan.

今起きている侵攻の問題は、決して他人事にしてはいけないことだと思うのです。

I think the problem of an invasion that I get up now is to be never supposed to make it a somebody else's problem.
 

瀬戸内海 " Inland Sea of Seto. "

瀬戸内海と言えば島がたくさんありますね。

When saying Inland Sea of Seto, there are many islands.

最初の２枚の写真は明石海峡大橋と、瀬戸内海で一番大きい島、「淡路島」。

The island and "Awajishima" where 2 first pictures are biggest at Akashi Strait Bridge and Inland Sea of Seto.

去年の夏に行ってたタコせんべいを買いました。

The octopus rice crackers which were being performed in summer of last year were bought.

飛行機からは繰り返し繰り替えし、見下ろしていましたが、実際にこの橋を渡ったのは去年がは初めてだったんです。

I changed the counts and looked down repeatedly from an airplane, but last year was my first time for crossing this bridge actually.

瀬戸内海の島といえば、宮島に行きたいんです。

When I'm Shima in Inland Sea of Seto, I'd like to go to Miyajima.

この写真の厳島神社と背後にある御山にも上ってみたい。

I'd like to visit at Itsukushima-jinja of this picture and would like also to climb the mountain in the back.

瀬戸内海には大小合わせて７００以上の島があるらしいけど、それぞれに素晴らしい景色を見つけることができると思います。

Big and small is added to Inland Sea of Seto, and there seems to be an island of more than 700, but I think it's possible to find the wonderful scenery in each.

僕に翼があったなら、ゆったりとその島々をすべて訪ねて、それぞれの風景を観てみたい。

If I was winged, I'd like to visit everything of the islands and see the respective landscapes comfortably.

 

日本に生まれて良かった・・・だけど " You might be born in Japan..., but. "

3月ももう終わります

It'll soon also end in March.

東ヨーロッパでは、ロシア侵攻でウクライナが戦っている

火種は世界中に存在している、身近な極東でも・・・

Ukraine is fighting by a Russian invasion at Eastern Europe.

In the close Far East where a source of fire of a war exists in all over the world...

こうして僕がのんびりとバラの花を愛でていれるのも、今は平和な日本に生まれたから。

In this way, that I'm free, because it was just also born in peaceful Japan to love and insert a flower of a rose. 

でも、こんな風に平和ボケでいいんだろうか?

But is peace-at-any-price mind-set OK like such Japanese?

歴史は何度も物語っている、いつまでも平和は続かないと 

History is told many times, that peace doesn't continue forever. 

人に頼らず、自分の守る力を持つ必要があるのではないか。

They may have not to depend on a person and to have the power one maintains.

先日、近くの亜熱帯植物園で、普通には見れないようなものを発見した

Something which can't be seen was ordinarily found at a sub-tropical botanical garden around here the other day.

椿の巨樹の幹が蔓に覆われ、蘭などの寄生植物がたくさん付き、

普段では見れない大きな霊芝までいくつも幹についていた

A trunk of a giant tree of a camellia is covered by a runner up, and many parasitic plants of an orchid stick.

There even was a big bracket fungus of the genus Fomes which can't be seen in usual on the trunk in plenty.

何かがおかしいような気がする

I think something is strange.

この平和が続くのだろうか??

Does this peace continue?

自然がそこにあることは素晴らしいこと " It's wonderful that nature is there. "

娘が大学を卒業した時は僕は大学の役員をしていたので、大学の卒業生の前で挨拶をした。  その時は風の強い日で桜吹雪が舞っていたのを思い出す。

When my daughter graduated from a university, I was an official of a university, so I greeted in front of the graduate of a university.  It's remembered at that time that a storm of falling cherry blossoms was dancing in a windy day.

私の住んでいるところから少し車で走ると満開の桜をたくさん眺めることができる。

When I driving from the place where I live by car a little, it's possible to look at many full-blown cherry trees.

海もすぐ近くにあるし、山も近くにある。

There is also a sea in the neighborhood right now and there is also a mountain in the neighborhood.

自然の懐に自宅があるのはやはり幸せなことです。

It's a happy thing that there is a home in a natural bosom as expected.

この辺りは雪はあまり降らないけど、四季は十分に感じることができる

It doesn't snow so much, but this part can feel four seasons sufficiently.

ある時、桜を眺めていたら、舞い散る花弁達が空中に留まっているんです。

If I'm looking at a cherry tree when having that, the petals which flutter down are stopping in the air.

不思議な光景だな、と思って近づいて観たら蜘蛛の巣に花弁が捕まっていたんです。

If I thought the strange view, approached and saw, a petal was caught by a cobweb.

風情のある自然の風景、素晴らしいですね。

The natural landscape with the taste is wonderful, isn't it?

 

最近は鹿児島にも行ってない " I don't also go to Kagoshima recently. "

鹿児島は故郷だから、以前は毎月言ってましたが、COVID-19が蔓延している状況ではあまり訪問できません。

Because Kagoshima was home country　, before was talking about it every month, but COVID-19 can't be visited so much by the situation that I'm spreading.

I'd like to see Sakurajima of that dynamic form.

叔母の家の温泉にもゆっくりと浸かりたい

I'd like to be also flooded slowly in a hot spring in aunt's house.

Picture is a view from a garden in Nagashima art museum.

定宿の城山ホテルに泊まってゆっくりと過ごしたい。

I'd like to stay in Shiroyama hotel in a regular hotel and have time slowly.

A flower of a white magnolia was beautiful from the restaurant side in Joyama hotel for the last picture.

There are many these restaurants and good dishes.

明石海峡大橋 " Akashi Strait Bridge "

僕のもう一つのブログ future-compass でも海峡を渡る大橋をたくさん載せていますが、

今日は明石海峡大橋

My another blog  Even  future-compass  up to Ohashi who crosses a strait.

Today is Akashi Strait Bridge.

僕が長崎の佐世保で仕事をしていたころは毎週のように神戸と長崎を往復していましたので

飛行機からはよくこの大橋を見下ろしていました

Because I was going back and forth between Kobe and Nagasaki like every week when I was working at Sasebo in Nagasaki.

I often looked down upon this big bridge from an airplane. 

写真の手前側は神戸市、左側が淡路島

The near side of a picture, Kobe and the left side are Awajishima.

次の写真は淡路島側から神戸・明石方面を眺めたものです

The next picture looked at Kobe and Akashi district from the Awajishima side.

次の2枚は淡路サービスエリアから撮影したものですが、あいにくこの時は天候が悪く向こう岸は綺麗に撮れてません

The following 2 are the one of which I took a picture from Awaji service area, but unfortunately we have the inclement weather at the same time, and an opposite bank can't take a picture beautifully.

晴れた日は向こう岸が近く見えるけど、雲に遮られるとホントに遠く感じますね

When clearing up, the other side looks close, but you find to be interrupted by cloud really far, right?

明日がいい日でありますように・・・。

As tomorrow will be a good day....
