It's a floral series today from my sketchbook.

南の明るい太陽のもとで咲く花たち

The flowers which bloom under the light sun in the tropics.

青空とのコントラストが良かったので描きました

A contrast with fine weather was good, so it was drawn.

次のは道端に咲いていた芙蓉の花?

Is the next one the flower of a cotton rose which bloomed in a roadside?

最後の絵は

グロリオサの花をモチーフして描いた

女性の絵です

The last picture?

A motif does a flower of Gloriosa, and it's a drawn female picture.

うまく描けてるかな?

和歌山城とその周辺"Wakayama-jo/Castle and its circumference"

もう春ですね、もう少しすると、この和歌山城の桜も咲き始めます

It's already spring, this cherry tree in Wakayama-jo also begins to bloom soon.

今日はちょっと前の写真ですが和歌山城の天守閣から撮った写真です

It's the previous picture a little, but today is the picture taken from a donjon in Wakayama-jo.

最初の写真は西側の紀の川の河口方面です

The first picture is an estuary 

次の写真は、南側を向いて

 海南市方面

The next picture face to the south side, please.
 Kainan-city district

森の中の建物は和歌山県立美術館

A building in the forest is Wakayama prefectural art museum.

これは北側で

向こうの奥には奈良県や高野山があります

The next is on the north side.

There are Nara-ken and Koya-san in that inside.

谷あいを紀の川が流れています

Kinokawa is flowing through a valley.

次は北側、中央のビルはロイネットホテル

The building where the next is the north side and the center is Roynet hotel.

このホテルの20階から最初のお城の写真を撮ってます

A picture of the first castle is being taken from the 20th floor of this hotel.

次に北側ですが向こうの山を越えると大阪です

Next it's the north side, but when that mountain is crossed, it's Osaka.

丁度真ん中の山間を南海電鉄と国道26号線があります

The mountain which is a center exactly, there is route 26 of national highway with the Nankai electric railroad.

和歌山にはちょっと前に住んでいて

沢山の友人がいます

また、遊びにいくからね

I have a lot of friends.

Because I go out to play.

古い飛行機と桜島 "Old airplane and Sakurajima"

 古い写真を整理していると

色んなものがあります

 When an old picture is being put in order.

There is something a variety.

今日は古い飛行機、上は海上自衛隊の対潜哨戒機

下は連絡機でしょうか

The antisubmarine patrol aircraft today is an old airplane, and by which the top is Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force.

Is the bottom a practice or liaison plane?

 次の写真も哨戒機なんでしょうね

 The next picture will be also a patrol plane, won't it?

 上の飛行機の写真は、20年くらい前の鹿屋航空基地なのですが

そこから車で30分くらい走ると、あの桜島があります

A picture of the upper airplane is Kanoya air base before about 20 years.

When I run from there for about 30 minutes by car, it's Sakurajima.

毎日、噴火を続ける桜島

噴火で少しづつ山の形が変わっています

Sakurajima which keeps erupting every day,

The shape of the mountain will change a little by an eruption.

狙う鳥・・・?? "Aim at something."

これは、トンビなのか鷹なのかわかりません

I don't know whether it's a hawk whether this is a cloak.

カメラで追いかけたら結構迫力があります

If it's chased with a camera, it's quite powerful.

 突然、方向転換をして

Suddenly, please turn.

何かを狙ってきます

It's aiming at something.

次の写真は、僕のチキンを強奪されました

Next picture has seized my chicken.

僕の真横をすり抜けて、瞬間的に盗まれた

I slipped, and had just beside the me stolen momentarily.

Is it a plover?

この小鳥たちは海辺の何を狙っているのでしょうか?

What on a beach do these little birds aim at?

海はいいですよ

Sea is good.

色んな生き物がいて

光る空と海"The sky which shines and sea"

今日の写真は光がテーマ

Today's picture, light is a theme.

この写真、雲が光っているみたいでしょう

It's think that these picture and cloud are shining.

でも、雲の隙間から海に光がさして、反射してるんでしょうね

But Sunshine will be pointing and be reflecting in a sea from a gap of cloud, 

次の写真は、淡路島

The next picture is Awajishima.

海峡と大阪湾を照らす太陽の光が反射している

Light in the sun which shines on a strait and Osaka-bay is reflective.

次の写真の左下に見えるのは明石海峡大橋

It's Akashi Strait Bridge to seem in the lower left of the next picture.

船が航跡を残したり、車が豆粒のように見えてます

A ship leaves the wake, and a car seems to be a pea.

次の写真は、神戸空港側から見た明石海峡大橋

The next picture is Akashi Strait Bridge seen from the Kobe-airport side.

静かな大阪湾と

With quiet Osaka-bay.

羽田空港から長崎空港へ"To Nagasaki Airport from Tokyo International Airport."

LC(ローコスト・キャリア)にもよく乗りました

I often also got on LC (low-cost carrier).

東京国際(羽田)空港から長崎空港

From the Tokyo International airport, Nagasaki Airport

神戸空港を中継することが多いんです

I was often in transit in Kobe-Airport.

途中、静岡上空を抜けていくのですが

It's passing through the way and the Shizuoka sky.

富士山上空を過ぎると南アルプス上空を通ります

When I cross the Mt. Fuji sky, it flies over the South Alps sky

今はもっと雪が積もっていると思います 

I think snow is estimating more now.

アプローチは島原上空を抜けて

After approach goes through the Shimabara sky.

アプローチ体制に入ります

It's enter an approach system from the east-southeast direction in Nagasaki Airport. 

長崎空港からは東の方向

港が見えてますが、あそこは有喜漁港でしょうか

ここを超していくと長崎空港のある大村湾に入ります

When here is being exceeded, It's enter Omura-bay where Nagasaki Airport is here. 

ブルーの♥ハートマーク可愛いですね/A blue♥ heart mark is pretty, isn't it?

長崎空港到着

Nagasaki Airport arrival.

利用するのは、SKYが7割、ANAが3割でした

To use it, SKY, 70 percent, ANA was 30 percent.

ANAは料金は高いけど時間は早い(ANAは直行便)

The charge is high for ANA, but time is early (for ANA, direct flight). 

週に2,3回飛ぶのは当たり前と言う感じでした

It was the frequency to which I say that it was natural to fly .

鹿児島の風景、観覧車"The landscape of Kagoshima and Ferris wheel"

最初の写真は鹿児島の長嶋美術館から鹿児島中央駅付近を撮ったものです

The first picture took around the Kagoshima Central Station from Nagashima art museum in Kagoshima.

今日のお題は観覧車

Today's title is a Ferris wheel.

観覧車から下を眺めると鹿児島中央駅、新幹線ホームが良く見えます

When I look at the bottom from a Ferris wheel, Kagoshima Central Station and the Shinkansen platform are seen.

鹿児島の風景と言えば

When I say the landscape of Kagoshima.

このときもダイナミックに噴火していた

 This time was also erupting dynamically.

観覧車からよく見える

It looks good from a Ferris wheel.

城山の山上にある城山観光ホテル

The SHIROYAMA tourist hotel in the top of mountain in Shiroyama.

よく利用しますよ

It's often used.

鹿児島中央駅前の

幕末の賢人たちの像

Image of the great persons in Bakumatsu(The time before about about 140 years.) who stand in front of the Kagoshima Central Station.

大河ドラマでも時々紹介されています

故郷は遠きにありても

Where the home is far, even if.

住んでも素晴らしきかな。

Which is wonderful even if I live there.

台湾「野柳」"Tiwan/Yĕlĭu Fēngjĭng Tèdìngqū"

何といっても一番有名な奇岩は

女王頭（クィーンズヘッド)

The strangely shaped rock most famous by far the most?

Queen head !!

台風等で波にあおられたら無くなってしまう可能性が強いとのこと

If it's fanned into a wave for a typhoon, it's said that they're strong in a possibility that it disappears.

次は亀岩・・・・甲羅そっくりですね

The next  Turtle rock.... shell similarity, isn't it?

像が水浴びをしているみたいです

That an elephant is bathing.

まだ、たくさん色んなものに似た奇岩がここにはあります

 Many strangely shaped rocks similar to various ones are still here.

大きな台風がよく襲う場所なので

Because a big typhoon is the place which is often attacked.

早めに観光に行かれた方がいいですよ

It's better to be gone on by an excursion rather early.

仮面"Mask"

日本にはいろんな仮面があるけど

There are various masks in Japan.

この写真のマスクは

祭りにしようされる楽しい仮面

Masks of this picture is the fun mask which is often used for a festival.

「ひょっとこ踊り」に使われます

It's used for "Hyottoko-Dance/distorted mask dance".

日本ではとても有名な踊り  

The dance very famous in Japan

楽しくてエロティックな表現もする

Funny and express erotically.

真上からのショットも面白いでしょ

Right above, a shot would also be fascinating.

ヨーロッパのマスクはカッコいいのも、怖いのもある

There are a cool one and a fearfulness one for a European mask.

仮面舞踏会なんて・・・出てみたいですね

Masquerade would like to go out.

写真の左下・・・「般若」という鬼の面

The lower left of a picture and demon's plane as* "Han-nya/female demon"

恨みの籠った女性の顔だそうです

It's said that it's the female face in which a hostility was close.

芸術としての刺繍

Embroidery as art

中国には素晴らしいものがたくさんあるのを紹介してるけど

It's being introduced to China that there is many something wonderful.

古いものに多いんですよね

There is in something old.

蘇州の刺繍なども素晴らしい芸術です

Embroidery in Suzhou is wonderful art.
