今日は僕が宿泊や食事でよく利用するホテルからの眺望です。
Today is a view from the hotel I often use by a stay and a meal.
鹿児島の方は皆さんご存じ城山観光ホテルから、真正面(東側)に市内全景と錦江湾その向こうが桜島
Everyone knows to Kagoshima, from Shiroyama tourist hotel, at the front (the east side), the city whole view and Kinko-Bay, it's Sakurajima over it.

It seems to the right side inside more than the center is Kagoshima agency.

The next picture can face to the Kanoya district from Kinkou-Bay, and a tower of the red and the white two-tone color which are being taken is a radio tower of NTT, a small island is Okikojima.
次の写真は薩摩半島の指宿方面(南側)を望んでいます、市内右側の丘の上に鹿児島大学があるのですが判りませんね
There is Kagoshima University on a hilltop on the city right side where you wish for Ibusuki district in Satsuma Peninsula (the south side), but the next picture doesn't understand, does it?
夜も街の明かりで素晴らしい夜景を眺めることができます
It's also possible to look at the wonderful night view by the light in the town in the evening.

ホテルの下にはレストラン街もあって、テラス席で夜景を眺めながらの夕食やビールを飲むのは最高です(夏のおススメです)、冬の時期はイルミネーションがまた綺麗です
Restaurant district is also under the hotel, and it's best to drink the dinner and the beer which are while looking at the night view at a table on the terrace (in summer.), illuminations are clean again winter time.

桜島は、いつも噴火をしていて、晴れた天気であれば高確率で噴火を観ることができます
Sakurajima is always erupting, and when it's the weather which cleared up, it's possible to judge an eruption by a high rate.
写真は夜明け時の噴火で噴煙が1000mくらい上がっています
Picture is an eruption at the time of a dawn, and about 1000 m of volcanic smoke is rising.
夜中の噴火であれば、花火のように溶岩が飛び散る様子も観ることができます
When it's an eruption at midnight, lava can also see the state which flies like fireworks.
次の写真は昼間の噴火後で、噴煙がこちらの市内方面に流れ、曇ったり霞んだりしてきます。
Volcanic smoke flows to this city district after a daytime eruption, and the next picture is being clouded and overshadowed.
フェリー埠頭方面です、ここには鹿児島水族館もあり、とてもいい観光スポットです
It's a ferry wharf district, I also have here Kagoshima aquarium, and it's very good tourist attraction.
対岸の桜島へは１５分間隔でフェリーが運航しており、桜島観光もお勧めです
Ferry is every 15 minutes to Sakurajima in an opposite shore and is navigating and also recommends Sakurajima sightseeing.

鹿児島城址の裏山に位置し、ホテルの北側のトンネルを抜け、少し下った場所に西郷さん最後の場所(西南戦争終焉の地)があります
Mr. Saigo is located in a hill at the back in Kagoshima ruin of the castle, and has the last place (place by the Satsuma Rebellion death) at the place where he went through the tunnel on the north side of the hotel and went down a little.
このホテルは鹿児島ではトップクラスのホテルで、桜島側(東向き)の部屋は高いと思いますが、鹿児島へおいでの際は、ぜひここに宿泊されることをお勧めします
I think this hotel is a top-ranking hotel in Kagoshima, and the room on the Sakurajima side (facing east) is expensive, but I'll suggest that a case by an assumption stays at Kagoshima here by all means.
